Amending the New Ipswich Subdivision and Site Plan Review Regulations

To consider amending the New Ipswich Subdivision and Site Plan Review Regulations to require mandatory Conceptual Consultation prior to submission of any formal application for subdivision or site plan review. The consultations would be at no cost and use publicly available information to explore a potential project, allowing individuals the opportunity to explore and resolve potential issues that may become a problem before submitting an application. The review will also explore how plans fit into the master plan, potential zoning considerations and regulatory requirements that may be applicable.
