Notice is hereby given that the New Ipswich Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 7 p.m., at the New Ipswich Town Office, 661 Turnpike Road, New Ipswich, NH 03071.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a proposed amendment to the New Ipswich Site Plan Regulations, Section IV – Submission Requirements.

The proposed amendment would replace the existing language in Section IV, Subsection B:19 with specific requirements addressing floodplain information to be included in site plan submissions. The proposed amendment is intended to clarify the requirements by identifying the applicable floodplain information directly within the Site Plan Regulations, rather than referencing the requirements contained in the New Ipswich Subdivision Regulations.
