Verification of the Checklist

May 8, 2026

New Hampshire Law requires that the Supervisors of the Checklist verify the checklist every year. Any person on the checklist who has not voted in the last five years must re-register to remain on the checklist, unless the voter registered after the last state general election.

\ The Supervisors of the Checklist are required to send notice letters to these voters at the address each voter provided when registering.

The Supervisors of the Checklist are meeting on Friday, May 15th, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Town Hall (661 Turnpike Rd) to review and print the verification list. At this time, the Supervisors will begin the process of mailing notice letters.

\ The Supervisors of the Checklist will hold an additional session on Monday, June 22nd from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Town Hall (662 Turnpike Rd). During this session, voters can register to vote, re-register to vote, make corrections to the checklist, and can change party affiliation. Voters who wish to register to vote for the first time must bring proof of identity, age, citizenship, and domicile.
